- Single Account: Maintain only one account per user unless explicitly authorized by Finendar.
Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt platform services will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

For service providers
Creators and instructors on Finendar's marketplace are held to high standards to ensure quality educational experiences:
- Verified Credentials: Accurately represent your qualifications and experience.
- Quality Content: Deliver high-quality, well-structured educational content.
- Responsive Service: Respond to student inquiries within 24-48 hours.
- Original Work: Ensure all content is original or properly licensed.
Maintain a rating above 4.5 stars to be featured as a "Top-Rated Creator" and receive priority placement in search results.
Student & Learner Policy
For learners
Students and learners using Finendar's educational services are expected to:
- Academic Honesty: Complete all assessments honestly without cheating or plagiarism.
- Respectful Engagement: Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners.
- Constructive Reviews: Provide honest, constructive feedback through reviews.
- No Content Sharing: Do not share, distribute, or resell purchased course content.
Ensure your device meets technical requirements before starting any proctored assessments to avoid interruptions.
Assessment Integrity Policy
Maintaining examination standards
Finendar's CBT and assessment systems are designed with strict integrity measures. All test-takers must comply with the following requirements:
- Identity Verification: Complete identity verification before starting proctored exams using valid identification.
- No External Assistance: Do not use unauthorized materials, devices, or assistance during examinations.
- Secure Environment: Take exams in a quiet, private environment as required by the assessment guidelines.
- Camera & Microphone: Enable webcam and microphone when required for AI-proctored examinations.
- No Screen Recording: Do not record, capture, screenshot, or share exam questions or content under any circumstances.
Any form of cheating, impersonation, or academic dishonesty will result in exam invalidation, potential account suspension, and reporting to relevant institutions or law enforcement authorities.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Payment & Refund Policy
Financial transaction guidelines
Finendar's payment policies ensure fair transactions for all parties:
- Secure Payments: All payments are processed through encrypted gateways.
- Creator Payouts: Creators receive payouts after service completion.
- Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
- Dispute Resolution: Payment disputes are handled with fair investigation.
Refunds may be granted for services not delivered as described or technical issues. Completed courses or exams are generally not eligible.
Dispute Resolution
Resolving conflicts fairly
When disputes arise, Finendar provides a structured resolution process to ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved:
- Step 1 - Direct Communication: Parties are encouraged to resolve issues directly through respectful communication on the platform.
- Step 2 - Support Mediation: If unresolved, submit a dispute to our support team for professional mediation assistance.
- Step 3 - Review & Decision: Our team reviews all evidence and makes a fair, binding decision within 5-7 business days.
- Step 4 - Appeal: Decisions can be appealed within 14 days with new evidence or additional information.
