- To Provide and Maintain the Services: To operate, manage, and provide all Finendar features and functionalities, including account management, content creation, live streaming, and our specialized tools.
- To Personalize User Experience: To tailor content and features to your interests, and to provide recommendations based on your activity and preferences.
- To Process Transactions: To facilitate financial transactions through the digital wallet, including payments, withdrawals, and gifts.
- For Communication: To send you service-related notifications, updates, and marketing communications, subject to your preferences.
- For Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the security and integrity of the Services and to prevent fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

- For Specialized Tools: To facilitate the use of our HR, School, and Election tools. For example, data provided by an organization will be used to manage employees, students, or election processes as intended by that organization.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
